Since its grand opening on April 27th, I've been thrilled to celebrate the arrival of Sound Transit's 2 Line on the Eastside! This is a momentous occasion for Bellevue and the entire region. The 2 Line will revolutionize transportation in our city, offering residents a safe, reliable, and sustainable way to get around. Whether commuting to work, exploring downtown, or visiting Redmond for some tech adventures, the 2 Line will connect us like never before. I'm excited to see how this expansion will boost our economy, reduce traffic congestion, and create a more vibrant and connected Eastside.
